Private Lessons
For private lessons, we recommend a single 30-minute trial lesson. This allows for you to get to know the teacher and offers you a chance to ask any questions you may have directly with the teacher. We offer a 50% discount for a trial lesson. Then should you like to continue, you may register for a full term of weekly lessons; we operate either on a 16-class term or 4 class term.

Private lessons allow the student to work one on one with a teacher. The learning is more rapid in a one on one setting because the content is specific to the individual.

The Merrick School of Music programming provides dance classes to students of all ages in multiple genres and styles. Our elevated dance instruction focuses on enhancing physical health, promoting cognitive skills, and inspiring creativity and artistry.
Comprehensive Music Program
February 2023 - May 2023 (16 weeks)
A comprehensive music program designed for students to develop their knowledge of music and understanding of the structure of music along with learning the musical instrument/voice. This program includes 16 private lessons and 32 group lessons.
2 group lessons per week, one hour each. Group lessons of Music Theory and Music History take place along with private lessons during the semester and are held once a week.
